📖 About the Book:

🤔 Review:
I absolutely loved the push and pull between Venesa and Enzo! It was refreshing to see them get to know each other first before diving into a romantic relationship, steering clear of any cheating drama (for the most part). Plus, I always adore a good mafia setting, and having this story unfold in a beach town added a fascinating contrast to the dark plot elements. Venesa's strength and all-around badassery were fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed how she got even with her family.

This was a SLOW BURN for sure, but it was well worth the wait. The Little Mermaid easter eggs were a delightful touch, and I had a blast finding them. The vibes were great, though I did feel it was a bit lengthy. Other than that, I had a great time with this world!

Only one more to go in this standalone series! "Crossed" here I come.
