What I loved:
1. Cozy magical setting ๐Ÿต
2. Herman ๐Ÿ‰
3. The friends-to-lovers fake dating trope ๐Ÿ’•

๐Ÿ“– About the Book:
Emma Thorne inherits a magical, sentient tea shop that not only brews the perfect cup but also plays matchmaker. However, the shop refuses to acknowledge her ownership unless she embraces loveโ€”something she has no interest in. Enter Riven, her childhood friend and a famous bard, who offers a solution: a fake relationship to solve both their problems. But as the lines blur between pretend and reality, Emma starts to wonder if love might be worth the risk after all.

๐Ÿค” Review:
This novella was an adorable, cozy fantasy with a charming tea shop, whimsical magic, and a mischievous dragon named Herman (who honestly stole the show). The vibes were spot on, making it the perfect lighthearted read. Emma and Rivenโ€™s relationship had a sweet friends-to-lovers dynamic, and I loved their banter and growing chemistry.

That said, novellas always leave me wanting more development, and this one was no different. I would have loved a deeper dive into the magical world and a little more time for the romance and plot to simmer (pun intended). But as a setup for the series, it does its job well, giving classic stories a fantasy twist. If you love cozy, low-stakes fantasy with romance, this oneโ€™s worth a read!
