📖 About the Book:
"Lights Out" follows trauma nurse Aly Cappellucci, whose dark fantasies become reality when she connects with Josh Hammond, a masked online persona who shares her cravings for darkness and depravity. As their intense relationship unfolds, Aly captures the attention of someone with far more sinister intentions, forcing Josh to turn from predator to protector.

🤔 Review:
This book was a wild ride filled with dark humor, and I was HERE. FOR. IT. I'm a sucker for this type of comedy, so I was pulled in immediately. I absolutely loved the dynamic between Josh and Aly; their personalities matched together so well. Josh referring to the cat as their son even before he and Aly were officially together was a hilarious touch that added to their chemistry.

Now, did I go in expecting the characters to be serial unalivers based on the catchphrase on the front of the book? Yes. Did that happen? No. However, I still loved the characters and their story of coming together. This was just a fun read, and I hope the next book in the standalone series is just as entertaining.

The blend of dark humor, intense romance, and unique character dynamics made this book a standout. This book may not be for everyone, but I guess I'm more dark than I thought. (Hmmm - maybe I should look into that...nah 😜)
