Meet Robin, the creative force behind @hartreadz! A Midwest girl at heart, Robin grew up in Kansas before moving to the northwest suburbs of Chicago when she met her incredible husband. Now, she's a proud mom of two amazing kids and works in corporate finance.
Robin's journey into the world of books is truly inspiring. She rarely read while growing up, but everything changed after college when her sister begged her to read the Circle series by Ted Dekker. She fell in love with reading and has been book-obsessed ever since! After exploring almost every genre, Robin found her true passion in Romantasy. For her, there's nothing better than escaping into a fantastical world with a swoon-worthy romance to end the day.
Joining the Bookstagram community was a game-changer for Robin. It allowed her to connect with fellow readers who share her passion for books. She loves the welcoming and supportive atmosphere, and enjoys reading others' reviews and seeing how the same book can resonate differently with each person. For Robin, reading is a way to connect with others despite our differences.

Obsessed with Baby Groot - snatches up every figurine and stuffed animal
HUGE fan of Legos! Has a dedicated room to them in her house. Her family has so many that when they go to the Lego store they laugh because it’s a constant “oh we already have that” as they walk down the shelves.
Adrenaline junkie who loves roller coasters, sky diving, and zip lining.
Quality time with her husband and kids is a must!
Loves board games and enjoys learning new games and playing favorites with her family. (Their favorites are Ticket to Ride, Catan, Codes Names, and Cards Against Maturity - her son finds this game hilarious).
